One of the more classic and timeless espresso blends, Illy's blend consists of 100% Arabica beans from nine different plantations on four different continents. The result is a balanced blend, with a distinct aroma and a wonderful, unforgettable taste. The roasting deegree is medium, which results in a gentle taste, balanced aromas of caramel, chocolate, and light floral notes.

The beans are mixed before roasting and packed under pressure so that all the organoleptic characteristics of coffee remain unaltered.

Εχω δοκιμάσει αρκετούς καφέδες και εταιρίες ,δεν ειμαι φαν του illy αλλα ο συγκεκριμένος δεν απογοητεύει ,πιστεύω πως αξιζει και ειναι αρκετός καλος και δεν αφήνει ασυγκίνητο και τους ποιο απαιτητικούς ..βέβαια ο καφές ειναι θέμα γούστου,όταν αλλάζεις εσυ ο ίδιος ανάλογα με τα κέφια σου ορεξη..το χρησιμοποιω σε αυτόματη μηχανή saeco Philips με κόψιμο αρκετά ψιλο(οχι τέρμα )με αρέσει ο καφές να ειναι πικρός (οχι απαραίτητα δυνατος σε καφεΐνη )να μην ειναι γλυκός η ξινός και με καλα αρώματα ,τον καφέ τον πίνω σκέτο και εσπρέσο…
