DESCRIPTION

Espresso Coffee Izzo Napoletano 1000g beans

Izzo Espresso Napoletano is roasted slowly at medium temperature for a bout 18 minutes. Due to this technique the negative acidity and bitter substances are reduced to a bare minimum, the typical coffee features such as richness and aroma on the other hand are brought out. The main characteristics are the creamy, smooth, slightly spicy full of flavor with a wonderful cream in the cup.

This is also the reason why the roasted beans have an even, nearly shiny surface. This roasting technique which only a few top producers apply is very elaborate as it takes a lot of accuracy and only small batches can be processed at a time. Υπερβολικό τον βρίσκω τον πανο ,δεν ειναι κακός καφές,καλος ειναι για τα λεφτά του απλά κ.πανο θέλει σωστή θερμοκρασία και κόψιμο...συνήθως παίρνω τον χρυσό που ειναι κλάσης καλυτερος και με μικρή σχετικα τιμή διαφορά.αλλα και εκείνος θέλει οχι πολυ ψιλο κόψιμο,μετρια θερμοκρασία και χαμηλό άρωμα και γίνεται ο καλυτερος
