Coffee Sant' Eustachio 250gr in Beans

The traditional coffee shop Sant'Eustachio is located in the heart of Rome, very close to the Pantheon and Piazza Navona and it serves since 1938 what the Romans and all Italians call "the best espresso of Rome".

Sant 'Eustachio's blend is consisted from 100% Arabica fair trade coffee beans from the Dominican Republic, Guatemala, Ethiopia, Brazil, but also from special areas such as Galapagos and the islands of Saint Helen. The coffee beans are roasted at the coffee shop in Rome using traditional methods and 80 years of experience to create the unique blend of Sant 'Eustachio.

From the beans selection and their blending, to roasting and the beautiful yellow packaging with Saint Eustachio’s deer, San Eustachio promises a unique Espresso experience that will take you directly to the heart of the eternal city.

The taste of San Eustachio is gentle and sweet and the blend is perfectly suited for preparing traditional Italian espresso and cappuccino.

Για μένα είναι από του χειρότερους που έχω δοκιμάσει πολύ πικρός, ξινός χωρίς σώμα, το λίγο καιμακι εξαφανίζεται μετά από λίγο και αν θέλετε για καπουτσίνο ξεχαστετον χάνεται μέσα στο γάλα.

Πολύ αρωματικός καφές με υπέροχο αρωμα, καλό σώμα, δεν δημιουργεί ιδαίτερα κρέμα, αφήνει μια αίσθηση δροσιάς λόγω της γλυκαδας του, και στο τέλος η επίγευση λίγο σπάει την γλύκα αφήνοντας μια ελαφριά αίσθηση ξινού χωρίς να ενοχλεί, πιο πολύ ολοκληρώνει της γεύση και του δίνει σπιρτάδα. Για όσους αρέσκονται σε μεσαίου καβουρδισματος καφέδες δεν είναι σούπερ αλλά είναι αρκετά καλός.

Γλυκόπιοτο σκάφες με αρκετά δυνατό σώμα και μία γλυκιά επίγευση. Δεν έχει Παχιά κρέμα και δεν διατηρείται πάνω από δύο λεπτά όμως το σύνολο του σαν καφές είναι Εξαιρετικό. Τον ήπια για πρώτη φορά δίπλα στο Πάνθεον της Ρώμης στην πλατεία Άγιος Ευστάθιος. Ήταν ένα μικρό καφέ που έβγαζε τραπεζάκια στο πεζοδρόμιο και στην πολύ μικρή πλατειτσα. Εκεί πήγαιναν όλοι οι κάτοικοι της Ρώμης και έπαιρναν καφέ για το σπίτι τους. Αυτοί μάλλον ξέρανε κάτι περισσότερο από μας. Μου έκανε εντύπωση ότι ήταν το μόνο μέρος της Ρώμης που μπορούσες να πιεις κρύο καφέ. Ο καφές Λοιπόν αυτός κάνει και για φρέντο. Εγώ εδώ και 4 χρόνια δεν μπορώ να πιω άλλο καφέ. Από τη Ρώμη όταν τους ρώτησα μου είπανε πού μπορώ να βρω αυτόν τον καφέ στην Ελλάδα.
