This small plantation has Bourbon coffee trees with old roots, which are grown in the shade and processed with the hybrid "Honey" method , which endows the beans with unique aromas. In the cup, the coffee is creamy but with a strong character of fruits, such as berries and blackberries, but also notes of plum and caramel.
