Single-origin, 100% Arabica washed coffee from Colombia, from high altitude plantations under the supervision of the EMURSA team, which consists exclusively of women. The plantation is located in the northeastern provinces of the country, away from settlements and cities, and will soon receive certification for organic farming, as no fertilizers and insecticides are used.
In the mouth, it is a coffee that is fascinatingly complex, with notes of tropical fruits and a refreshing citrus feeling, which ends in a aftertaste reminiscent of caramel and cream, while the floral aromas win the impressions.
