The result is a balanced blend, with a distinct aroma and a wonderful, unforgettable taste. The roasting deegree is medium, which results in a gentle taste, balanced aromas of caramel, chocolate, and light floral notes.
The beans are mixed before roasting and packed under pressure so that all the organoleptic characteristics of coffee remain unaltered.
