Coffee Espresso Lucaffe Mr Exclusive 100% Arabica 1000g beans

Mixture of Arabica coffee from South America, Asia and a tiny percentage from Central Africa. Probably no Arabica on its own can give the same results. Medium body, sweet flavour, very pleasant aroma which sometimes can recall baked bread. When it has just been ground the scent is intoxicating.

Ο καφές είναι δύσκολος στην εκχύλιση του και 'τρόμαξα' να βρω τη ρύθμιση στο μύλο που θέλει αρκετά ψιλό κόψιμο πριν το fine. Δοκιμασμένος μόνο σε freddo είναι καλός στη γεύση του που θυμίζει κάτι σε μπισκότο η ψωμί. Με σώμα μέτριο+ και άρωμα είναι καφές που πιστεύω αξίζει τη δοκιμή. Οξύτητα χαμηλή, γενικά ισορροπημένο χαρμάνι.
