Single-origin100% Arabica coffee from Myanmar, from the Shwe Ywar Ngan farm, one of the oldest in the Shan region, famous for its coffee. The coffee trees belong to the Red Catuai variety and the beans are processed using the experimental anaerobic fermentation method. The result is a coffee with a fruity character (strawberry, mango) and complex wine acidity, which is almost unlike anything you have tasted.
