An ergonomic and truly elegant device that will allow you to extract hot filter coffee or Cold Brew coffee easily and quickly. The thermally insulated jug allows you to take the coffee with you wherever you go, keeping its temperature unchanged.
Practical and easy to use, as you can prepare up to 900ml of coffee, while thanks to the included metal filter, there is no need for consumables, such as paper filters.

Grinding: The coffee should be ground a little coarser than for a conventional filter coffee maker.
Coffee dosage: 6 gr of coffee per 100 ml of water
Water temperature: 90 – 93 degrees Celsius for hot filter coffee, room temperature for Cold Brew
Capacity: 1000 ml
Use for Cold Brew Coffee: Place the ground coffee in the filter and add room temperature water. Close the device, let the coffee extract for 12-24 hours and press the button. By correcting the coffee/water ratio, you can have lighter or stronger coffee.
Use for hot coffee: Place the ground coffee in the filter and heat the water in a kettle. Fill the filter with a little water and wait for a few seconds, so that the coffee soaks well and bubbles appear: the pre-extraction stage will bring out the coffee's aromas uniquely. Then slowly pour the hot water into the filter, in a circular motion, starting at the edge of the filter and working your way towards the center. Repeat until the water runs out.
