Coffee Espresso Caffè Lab Brasile Villa Boa 250g beans
Single origin, 100% naturally processed Arabica coffee from Brazil, from the Villa Boa farm in the Minas Gerais region. The family business is owned by Monica Borges de Sousa, a second generation coffee grower since 1988. Yellow Catucai variety coffee trees grow in an ideal microclimate rich in rainfall, at an altitude of 1000 meters, in a cultivation that leaves no CO2 footprint on the environment. In the cup, it is characterized by a rich taste, with notes of gianduia chocolate and nuts, such as macadamia nuts, while the body is full and the overall character is sweet.
