Single origin, 100% Arabica Catuai, washed coffee from Colombia, from the La Colmena plantation in Huila, Colombia, at 1500 meters altitude. The owner and "soul" of the plantation, signora Blanca, has dedicated her life to making La Colmena an example of sustainability, as the coffee trees coexist with a host of other plants and wildlife. In the cup, it is a coffee with a velvety body, a fruity character and a complex flavor with notes of cherry, strawberry and other red fruits and a lingering aftertaste of honey.
