Coffee Espresso Caffe Lab Congo Blue Mountain Shasha 250g beans
Single-origin, 100% washed Arabica coffee from the Congo, from a plantation at an altitude of 1850 meters, in volcanic soils near Lake Kivu. The coffee trees belong to the Red Bourbon variety and came to the country from the Blue Mountains of Jamaica, which are famous for the best coffee in the world. The cultivation has been undertaken by the AMKA cooperative, which not only takes care of the environmental sustainability of its coffee, but also the fair wages of the growers and workers. In the cup, the coffee is smooth and delicate, but with a rich, complex flavor with notes of apple, bergamot and a hint of lavender.
