The coffee trees grow at an altitude of 1500 - 1700 meters, belong to the Caturra and Catuai varieties, handpicked by the female collective 74 Mujeres and processed with the Yellow Honey hybrid method. The result is a fruity coffee, with fine citrus acidity and notes of caramel, raspberry and peach, which will surprise even those who love the fruity coffees of Central America.
