The coffee trees belong to old, endemic varieties (Heirloom), which, combined with the soils and microclimate of the area, results in an intense and fruity coffee, with lively acidity. The taste is dominated by notes of white-fleshed and yellow fruits such as peach, along with sweet notes of caramel. Anyone who loves adventurous African coffee should try this lot.
