Single origin, 100% washed Arabica coffee from Ethiopia, from the Yirgacheffe region, from the Dadatu plantation at 1950 meters altitude. The coffee trees grow in ideal conditions, under the shade provided by the banana trees, and the beans are processed using the "wet" method. In the mouth, it is complex and aromatic, with a floral character, lively acidity and citrus notes such as bergamot and grapefruit, while the aftertaste is persistent and sweet.
