Single oriign, 100% naturally processed and organically grown Arabica coffee from Ethiopia, from the Oromia region, from high altitude plantations, at 2000 meters. The coffee trees belong to cooperatives of micro-producers, who cultivate coffee under the shade of tropical trees, without chemical fertilizers and insecticides. In the cup, this is a coffee with a velvety feel and a complex aromatic profile, bright acidity, a rich taste with notes of citrus and honey and a delicate finish reminiscent of fine tea.
