Single-origin, 100% Arabica wet-processed coffee from Indonesia. The coffee trees (including many wild, endemic varieties) grow in volcanic soils, at an altitude of 1200 - 1400 meters. This is a coffee with an extremely complex flavor palette, in which notes of jasmine, plum, flowers and tropical fruits such as lychee are recognized. Aromatic and velvety, it can give excellent espressos, but also works very well in filter extractions.
