Coffee Espresso Caffè Lab Nicaragua El Cipres 250g beans
Single-origin, 100% Arabica washed coffee from Nicaragua, from the El Cipres plantation, located at 1400 meters above sea level, in the Nueva Segovia region, in close proximity to the rainforest. The coffee trees belong to the Parainema variety, endemic to Honduras, which was transferred to Nicaragua by the plantation owner, Isacio Javier Albir Vílchez. In the mouth, the coffee is velvety and balanced, with notes of cocoa, almonds and fruits such as plum. A special, rare coffee that scored 84.25 points in the relevant cupping tests.
