Single origin, 100% Arabica washed coffee from Peru, from the Inca Chascha plantation in the Villa Rica area. Located in the heart of a virgin forest and in complete harmony with nature, at 1500 meters, the plantation operates under the direction of Yerali, the "Coffee Lady" as the local women workers know her. The coffee is hand-harvested at its peak maturity, which results in an espresso with a rich flavor dominated by milk chocolate, sugar cane and hazelnut, while the balanced acidity gives an extra kick.
