Coffee Espresso Caffè Lab Rwanda Nyamurinda 250g beans
Single-origin, 100% Arabica coffee from Rwanda. The coffee trees belong to the Red Bourbon variety and are grown at an altitude of 1800 - 2000 meters, in Nyamagabe, next to the Nyungwe rainforest. The microclimate of the area, as well as the manual collection of the fruits and the special processing of the beans, result in a complex coffee with notes of red fruits, vanilla and almond, with mild acidity and subtle touches of cocoa on the finish.
The Nyamurinda plantation is "run" by the sisters Francine & Immaculée Mukamana, survivors of the Tutsi genocide that took place in Rwanda in 1994.
