Coffee Espresso Caffè Lab Messico Villa Corzo 250g beans
Single-origin, 100% washed Arabica and from Mexico, from the Villa Corzo plantation in the province of Chiapas, near the border with Guatemala, at 1100 - 1300 meters altitude. The region's excellent microclimate and fertile soil favor the cultivation of "green gold", as the locals call their coffee. In the mouth it is extremely balanced and aromatic, with notes of cereals, chocolate and hazelnuts. The plantation is a model of sustainable agriculture, as it works in harmony with the wildlife of the area (jaguars, rare tropical birds, etc.).
