Coffee Espresso Caffè Lab Brasile Caracolito 250g beans

Single origin, 100% Arabica coffee from Brazil. Its name refers to the local Peaberry variety, which has only one bean per fruit, but rich in aroma and taste.

In the cup, it displays notes of cocoa, vanilla and almond, while the body is strong and the aroma intense, with a caramel feel. The acidity is balanced, and the natural bitterness uniquely enriches the taste.

Τον αγόρασα για να δοκιμάσω κάτι διαφορετικό, μιας και είναι "Peaberry" δηλαδή μικρότερος κόκκος καφέ. Νόστιμος, καλύτερος σε ζεστό από ό,τι σε κρύο και αρκετά value-for-money. Όποιος του αρέσουν οι καφέδες της Βραζιλίας ας τον δοκιμάσει, είναι η κλασική γεύση με κάτι λίγο πιο διαφορετικό και αρκετά έντονο το σοκολατένιο προφίλ
