Single-origin, 100% washed Arabica coffee from Ethiopia, from the Bale Mountain farm in the Arsi region. Isolated and at a high altitude, this farm produces coffee of exceptional quality and invests many of its profits in public benefit projects, such as the construction of schools.
In the cup, it is a really elegant and delicate coffee, with floral aromas and cool citrus notes at the end.
