Coffee Espresso Caffè Lab Rwanda Nova Café Des Mamas Peaberry 250g beans

Single-origin, 100% Arabica washed coffee from northern Rwanda, from high altitude plantations and volcanic soil. Coffee belongs to a local variety that has the peculiarity of having only one bean per fruit (instead of the usual two), and is called Peaberry. The cultivation and processing is done exclusively by women, who thus ensure an income and a decent life.

In the cup, the coffee is characterized by notes of chocolate and black tea, with a sharp citrus acidity, which is opposed by a natural feeling of sweetness. The body is delicate and the aroma is rich and noble.
