Coffee Espresso Caffè Lab Galapagos Hacienda El Cafetal 250g beans
Single-variety, 100% Arabica coffee on the island of San Cristobal, in the Galapagos Islands, in the Pacific Ocean. The El Cafetal plantation was founded in 1875 with roots in coffee trees from Ethiopia and has been operating continuously since then, for almost 250 years.
The coffee features notes of dried fruit and honey, along with a cool idea of tropical fruits like mango. The body is enjoyable and the character of coffee balances between sweet and sour. It is pleasant to drink it as an espresso, but it also performs particularly well in filter extracts.
