Single origin, 100% Arabica coffee from Guatemala, from the volcanic region of Antigua. The high altitude and the extremely fertile soil create the ideal terroir for high quality coffee.
The coffee is characterized by notes of vanilla and biscuit, with a smoky idea. The body is soft and delicate, while the acidity is extremely balanced and the overall character is special and spicy. By slightly raising the extraction temperature, interesting hidden aromas are revealed.
