Coffee Espresso Caffè Lab Kona Hawaii 250g beans
Single-origin, 100% Arabica coffee from the Kona area of Hawaii, on the slopes of Hualalai and Mauna Loa volcanoes. It is the most sought after and rare coffee in the world, along with Jamaica Blue Mountain, with which they belong to the exact same variety. It is the only coffee produced in the United States and its production is really limited, since in order to receive the special Kona marking it must come from a specific geographical area of only 22 miles.
In the cup it shows unique floral aromas, complex fruity taste with suspicions of white-fruited fruit and lively, intense acidity. His body is light and the sensation he leaves in his mouth is extremely delicate, while the bitterness is almost completely absent.
