Single Origin, 100% washed & organic Arabica Mexico. The Muxbal plantation (in the local language means "place with clouds") is located on the slopes of the active volcano Tacana, at an altitude of 1600 meters. The microclimate of the area and the rich volcanic soils endow this coffee with a complex taste profile, which is dominated by notes of chocolate, caramel and cereal. The delicate roast brings out its unique features in the best possible way.
