Single origin, 100% Arabica coffee from Myanmar, from a high altitude farm (1400 meters) which is managed exclusively by local women. The limited production beans are processed with the innovative Red Honey method, which requires manual work and high know-how. The women of the region earn not only a decent income, but also a special social status in Myanmar's conservative society.
In the mouth, the coffee is special and spirited, with notes of dried fruit, citrus and sweet aromas reminiscent of nougat, while the acidity is uplifting but balanced, the body intense and the character overall sweet. A rare, delicatessen coffee with a social sign.
