Single origin, 100% Arabica natural processed coffee from Yemen, from the Bani Matar region. It is one of the oldest coffee varieties, introduced to the Arabian Peninsula from Ethiopia in the 6th century AD and for years was the finest coffee in the world. It is cultivated in the plateaus of Bani Matar, at an altitude of 2000 meters, with traditional methods, without modern fertilizers and insecticides. A truly legendary coffee, a dive into its mysterious past.

The cup is dominated by notes of chocolate and spices, while the pleasant acidity is reminiscent of wine and the aftertaste is persistent and enjoyable.
