An espresso with a balanced body and acidity that brings to mind cocoa, citrus fruits and soft floral notes. It consists of fine Arabica and Robusta beans from Brazil, Ethiopia, Costa Rica and India. Its roasting is dark to medium and its aftertaste is very intense.

Πολύ ποιοτικός καφές. Όμορφο έντονο άρωμα, μεστή γεύση που βγάζει μια γλυκυτητα ανάλογα την εκχύληση.
Προσωπικά μου αρέσει με 19γρ δόση, 48γρ υγρό, στα 35 δευτερόλεπτα εκχύλησης.
