Αυτό που παρατήρησα είναι ότι το ψήσιμο του δεν είναι ομοιόμορφο. Βλέπεις από dark κόκκους μέχρι light roast κόκκους.

Μπαίνοντας για άλλο λόγο στο site της hausbrand πρόσεξα ότι για τον Academia λέει miscella ,arabica e robusta, άρα αν πρόκειται να τον κάνετε φρέντο ή να τον απολαύσετε γενικά τό απόγευμα ξανασκεφτειτε το ή απλά πάρτε τον Gourme και όλα καλά.

Στο τριψιμο δειχνει την εικονα προς το σκουρο καβουρδισμα και οχι προς το μετριο. Με σωστη εκχυλιση εκει στα 30 κατι δευτερα με 17.5 γραμ. σε 18 αρι φιλτρο, παιρνω σκουρα κρεμα, σχεδον καθολου οξυτητα, κακαο ή σκουρα σοκολατα και μια φρεσκαδα απο φρουτα. Εγω γενικα για 100 % αραμπικα θα ηθελα λιγο πιο ελαφρια γευση, αλλα και αυτος ειναι στην λιστα με τους καλους καφεδες.
