Να σημειώσω πως δεν μου αρέσουν πολύ οι καφέδες που βγάζουν ξινίλα ή είναι πολύ πικροί. Ο συγκεκριμένος καφές είναι έντονος, δυνατός με πολύ ωραία αρώματα. Τον πίνω κυρίως σε φρέντο.

Το σώμα του καφέ δεν είναι γεμάτο, οξύτητα δεν πήρα, ισορροπία δεν έχει τουλάχιστον στον ουρανίσκο μου, βγάζει πολύ ωραία κρέμα πάραυτα. Δοκίμασα τον καφέ μόνο σε freddo και δεν τον βρήκα κατάλληλος.
