Espresso Coffee Izzo Gold Arabica 1000g beans

The Name Gold Arabica sounds rather unspectacular; however, the richness and the aroma of this blend will impress you. In contrast to Izzo Napoletano this coffee consists of 100% of the best Arabica coffees money can buy all over the world market. Fragrance and aroma are bewitching, smooth, mellow and harmonious. You will almost inevitably become a coffee aficionado. It offers the whole range of what coffee pleasure means.

The coffees are slowly roasted at relatively high temperatures for about 18 minutes. This procedure reduces the acidity and other negative substances to an absolute minimum, the typical coffee features such as richness and aroma on the other hand are brought out. This is also the reason why the roasted beans have an even, nearly shiny surface. This roasting technique which only a few top producers apply is very elaborate as it takes a lot of accuracy and only small batches can be processed at a time. The practical and modern Tin packaging in controlled atmosphere, is recommended for those looking for a constantly fresh and fragrant product with unaltered aroma.

Έχει εκείνη την χαρακτηριστική γεύση του σαν π.χ του segafredo intermezzo.
Πολύ δύσκολος για να πάρεις μία σωστή εκχύλιση και ακόμη πιο δύσκολος για να πάρεις ανεκτό καφέ.
Εμένα μου δούλεψε στοιχειωδώς σε υψηλή θερμοκρασία (περιέργως αφού είναι αρκετά καβουρδισμένος) και σε μέτριο προς ψιλό κόψιμο.
Σε καμία περίπτωση δεν αξίζει τα χρήματα και την ταλαιπωρία που πρέπει να περάσεις για να πιεις έναν τέτοιο καφέ.
Απογοήτευση.
Επισημαίνω ότι αγοραστές του στο εξωτερικό μιλούν για αλλαγή της ποιότητας τελευταία.
Προσωπικά είδα πως οι κόκκοι δεν ήταν τόσο μεγάλοι και τόσο λαδεροί όσο σε παλαιές φωτογραφίες.
Για περιπετειώδεις φίλους του καφέ.

Δυνατό σώμα και κρεμώδης υφή. Παίζοντας λίγο με γραμμάρια, δευτερόλεπτα εκχύλισης και κόψιμο μπορείς να βγάλεις διάφορα γευστικά προφίλ. Για όσους ψάχνουν έναν δυνατό γευστικό καφέ, αυτός είναι ιδανικός.
