Ο Lavazza DEK είναι σε ζεστό espresso πιο πικρός (νομίζω προς το πολύ) και με πολύ λίγη κρέμα (και πιο πολλές φουσκάλες...). Σε κρύο espresso διατηρεί το σώμα του και κάνει πολύ καλό αφρό πολύ γρήγορα.

Ο Illy decaf είναι πιο ισσοροπημένος με σημαντικά λιγότερη πικρίλα (η οποία φαίνεται πιο πολύ στον ζεστό espresso). Σε ζεστό espresso επίσης έχει ωραίο καιμάκι.

Χρησιμοποιώ υπεραυτόματη Gaggia Brera.

Θα προτιμούσα τον Illy μετξύ των δύο.
