Coffee Espresso New York XXXX with Original Jamaica Blue Mountain 1000g beans

The higher proportion of quality Robusta beans adds slightly more spice to this blend and contributes to a strong intense flavour. Strong in flavor and aroma, very good cream, slightly sweet taste. Composition: 75% Arabica from Costa Rica, Colombia and Kenya, 20% Robusta, 5% Original Jamaica Blue Mountain.

Δεν έχω ιδιαιτερες γνωσεις κ εμεπιρια στον καφέ, αλλά παραμένω πιστός στις δυο NewYork Original Jamaica BlueMountain ποικιλίες (τον ΧΧΧΧ που ειναι ελαφρο μειγμα με κοκκους Robusta και τον 100% arabica). Τελευταια προτιμω τον πρωτο. Χρειαστηκε αρκετος πειραματισμός με το άλεσμα στο μυλο μου, προσεκτικη προπαρασκευη (κατανομή στο καλαθακι και ισχυρο πάτημα) με εκχυλιση σε Gaggia Classic, για να καταληξω σε εξαιρετικό για τις γνώσεις κ εμπειρία μου αποτέλεσμα κρέμας αλλα και γευσης. Ελπίζω οτι το συμμεριζεται ολη μου η οικογενεια και οσους αλλους κερνώ καφέ!

Το να συγκρίνεις αυτόν τον καφέ με τον Illy (όπως κάνουν πολλοί) είναι απλα ιεροσυλία.

εξαιρετικός καφές, γλυκόποιοτος. Ο Robusta τον κανει πιο καταλληλο για παρασκευές γαλακτος και φρεντο.

Ωραίος και για πρωινός καφές.

Για αλλες ωρες της ημερας θα προτιμούσα ή τον εχτρα ή τον Sant estachio
