Ο καφές είναι σίγουρα ποιοτικός αλλά δεν κατάφερα να περιορίσω την οξύτητά του όσο και αν προσπάθησα με διαφορετικό κόψιμο και αλλαγές θερμοκρασίας.
Άρωμα έντονο αλλά χωρίς να δίνει κάποια ιδιαίτερη γεύση.
Σώμα μέτριο αλλά κρέμα άφθονη και tiger stripes.
Εύκολος στην εκχύλιση.
Σε ανάμιξη με έναν ποιοτικό φτηνό καφέ μισοτιμής (Motta,Lavazza burbon forte/pronto ) αποκτά σώμα και μετριαζεται η οξύτητά του, χωρίς να χάσει πολύ από τον ποιοτικό του χαρακτήρα.
Αν σας αρέσει η οξύτητα ενδεχομένως να σας ικανοποιήσει.
