Τον επέλεξα κάποια στιγμή εξαιτίας της αρχικής υψηλής τιμής και της καλής έκπτωσης. Με εξέπληξε ευχάριστα και πλέον τον επιλέγω σε κάθε παραγγελία. Αν βρεις το σωστό σημείο κοψίματος και τον παρασκευάσεις σωστά, βγάζει έναν από τους καλύτερους espresso. Δυνατή γεύση και άρωμα με πυκνό σώμα. Γενικότερα θα ήθελα να πω σε όλους ότι ο κάθε καφές θέλει πολλές δοκιμές σε κόψιμο, ποσότητα, πάτημα… φυσικά σε σωστή μηχανή, με σωστά καθαρισμένο group και νερό χωρίς πρόσθετα και οσμές (όχι βρύσης δηλαδή).
Η δική μου παρεσκευή πραγματοποιείται σε μηχανή Gazzia Carezza Deluxe, μύλο SilverCrest για 45’’ με ποσότητα 28γρ κόκκου, πάτημα 1’’ με το βάρος του χεριού και εκχύλιση 30ml για μονό espresso & 60ml για διπλό espresso ή freddo espresso.
