Single origin 100% Arabica coffee from Brazil. The beans belong to the old Bourbon variety and are Peaberries, from fruits that have only one bean, a mutation found in only 5% of the beans, which gives them a "thick" taste. Dark chocolate and caramel notes dominate, along with hints of tropical fruit and balanced acidity, while trained palates will also detect notes of nuts and honey. A special espresso, for connoisseurs of the genre.
