Single-origin, Micro-Lot 100% naturally processed Arabica coffee from the El Rubi plantation in Huila, Colombia. The coffee trees belong to the rare local Papayo variety, so named because their shape resembles the exotic fruit of the same name, and grow at an altitude of 1800 meters. In the mouth, floral aromas dominate, with strong notes of berries and citrus fruits and a delicate aftertaste reminiscent of green tea.
