Single-origin, 100% Arabica Coffee from Colombia, from the La Villa plantation of Juan Darío Gómez, at an altitude of 2000 meters. The coffee trees belong to the exquisite Gesha variety, which finds in the mountainous Antioquia of Colombia the ideal terroir to yield its maximum. In the mouth, it is characterized by an explosive flavor: on a palette of floral notes, hints of spices such as ginger and clove appear, while botanical sensations and a hint of green tea and lemongrass harmoniously tie the whole. The processing of the beans with the anaerobic fermentation method and the light roasting highlight the characteristics of this rare specialty coffee in the best possible way.
