Single origin, 100% Arabica coffee from Colombia, from the MonteBlanco plantation in the Hulia region, at 1700 meters. The coffee trees of the rare variety Arabica Purple Caturra are processed with the peculiar Coconut Lemonade Washed method: the beans are matured for about 8 days in water containing coconut and the local citrus fruit tsolupa, absorbing flavors and aromas, while the addition of lactobacilli and sugar fungi (which "feed " with brown sugar and molasses) emphasizes the sweetness of the coffee. The result is a truly unexpected and adventurous coffee, with fruit aromas, dominated by the exotic character of coconut and lemon. Enjoy it as espresso but also in filter extraction, for an unforgettable coffee that you have never tried before.
