Single-origin, 100% Arabica coffee from Colombia, decaffeinated. The beans come from the Las Flores plantation at 1750 meters, and are initially processed with the hybrid Washed Anaerobic method. Then, the decaffeination is done naturally, using the SwissWater method that uses only water and no chemicals, resulting in a healthy coffee that retains its flavor and aroma intact. The result is a complex coffee with notes of jasmine, peach and lemongrass, while its natural sweetness and buttery body contrast pleasantly with the lively acidity.
