Coffee Espresso Ingagi Costa Rica Bajo Canet Mozart 200g beans
Single origin, 100% Arabica coffee from Costa Rica, from the Canet farm at 1600 - 1800 meters, in the Tarrazu area famous for coffee production. The coffee trees belong to the Caturra variety and the coffee beans are processed using the hybrid, innovative "Raisin Honey" method, which includes the stages of dehydrating the coffee cherries so that the beans absorb as much sugar as possible, and then ripening the beans in the sun without completely removing the flesh of the fruit (honey process).
The result is a fruity coffee, with a complex bouquet of aromas (rose, lychee, raspberry) together with lively acidity and an aftertaste reminiscent of sweet wine. A unique coffee, the likes of which you have certainly never tasted - it is no coincidence that in recent evaluations, it collected a cupping score of 91 points.
