100% Arabica coffee from Costa Rica, from the Cafe De Altura farm in the Tarazzu area, considered the best terroir for growing coffee in the country. Mario Molina Salas applies a special processing method to the beans of the Caturra and Catuai varieties: after the manual collection of the coffee cherries, the processing includes washing, fermentation and sun drying in the African highlands. When the beans return to Costa Rica, they are at the desired moisture level and have absorbed all the sugars and aromas of the fruit.
In the cup, it is characterized by sweet, floral aromas. Particularly fruity, it presents tasty notes of cherry and apricot, but also a caramel aftertaste. A really special coffee, different from what you have tried so far.
