Coffee trees of the traditional Typica variety are complemented by some Gesha coffee trees, which gives this limited and delicatessen coffee even more special character. The coffee is grown under shade and the production is meticulous down to the last detail. In the mouth, it leaves a creamy sensation, with notes of hazelnut, crystal acidity of citrus and absence of the taste of bitterness, with a pleasant herbal aftertaste.
Jamaica Blue Mountain is the most sought after coffee in the world, the real "holy grail" of coffee shops everywhere!
