Single origin 100% Arabica washed coffee from Kenya, from the Nyeri region. The combination of high altitude (1600 - 2000 meters), volcanic soil and ideal climate, gives a sweet and balanced coffee, but with strong acidity, reminiscent of cider. The character is fruity, with notes of red fruit, which is particularly emphasized by the light roasting, while the large grains have earned the AA designation, the highest quality in the country.
