Single Origin, 100% washed Arabica coffee from Northern Rwanda, from farms managed by smallholder collectives, at an altitude of 2000 meters. The coffee trees belong to the Bourbon variety and in the cup it displays what African coffee lovers love: a clean flavor profile, with notes of citrus and flowers, lively acidity reminiscent of fine black tea, a crystalline aftertaste and some caramel hints to complete the experience.
