Single-origin, Micro - Lot 100% Arabica coffee from El Salvador, from the San Francisco plantation. The plantation owner, Andrés Salaverría, a second-generation coffee grower, has brought coffee trees from Kenya, which grow under natural shade, while the collection is done manually and the processing is done with the hybrid method of anaerobic fermentation. The result is a unique and adventurous coffee, overflowing with aromas of fruits such as plum, strawberry and citrus. The body is velvety and the acidity is balanced. Enjoyable as an espresso, but equally good for filter extractions.
