A single-origin, 100% Arabica coffee, naturally processed from the Sidamo highlands of Ethiopia. The coffee trees belong to old, endemic varieties (heirloom) and grow at an altitude of 2000 meters, while the processing is done with traditional methods under the African sun. A coffee with strong notes of strawberry and blueberry, sharp acidity and a spicy, fruity profile.
